Ah, that Lincoln! I didn't recognize it and when I looked up your web ref I didn't recognize it But now that I know what I Lincoln looks like--super! Chrome and red tail-light emergent--a great picture idea. And I like the sharp sun shadows on the siding. The darkest darks and lightest lights make me want to squint. My first experience of that was seeing a painting by TK of a white farmhouse in early morning sunlight. I'm guessing your Lincoln-house is slightly before high noon, or after--CDT.
Didn't recognize the Subaru hubcap because I couldn't remember what it looked like. How's that for a verification of "You don't know a thing until you draw it."
Is your bottom pic done on the vellum stuff? Nice grays--all 4B you say?
